Mixing Tests and Demonstrations

To assist you in evaluating ResonantAcoustic® Mixing technology for your application we provide mixing demonstrations and mixing tests with our LabRAM mixer. We invite you to send us your “hard-to-mix” samples for mixing tests on the LabRAM.

Process Development and Process Scale Up

Our engineers and experienced staff are available to assist with scale up testing on our RAM 5 and Industrial Scale Demonstration Mixer. We are fully equipped to design and manufacture customized features or vessels for all of our mixers to meet your application’s unique requirements.

We will assist with the evaluation of your current process to determine the best way to realize all the benefits of ResonantAcoustic® Mixing.

Engineering Expertise

Resodyn’s acoustic engineering expertise is unrivaled. Our design engineers utilize an extensive toolbox of specialized software including modeling software, analytical tools, modeling, and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to design and build high performance and cost-effective solutions to your mixing challenges. We combine these software tools with an empirical database containing years of data and a design philosophy that fully integrates engineering and manufacturing. This multi-faceted approach enables us to customize performance, physical envelope, material selection, electrical configuration, and additional options for any mixing application.

We can also review your existing mixing equipment for replacement proposals to reduce size, improve mixing efficiency and total operational cost. This review frequently saves OEMs substantial money through reductions in process cycle time, gains in mixing efficiencies and improved products.

Toll Manufacturing

Toll mixing services are available to manufacturers and formulators, with the capability to produce, package, inventory and ship your products on a tolling basis, according to your security agreement. We manufacture batches from 500 grams to 55 gallons in a wide range of viscosities and in liquid, powder or solid forms.
