ResonantAcoustic® Mixing is a new approach to solving mixing and dispersion problems that is distinct from either conventional impeller agitation, or ultrasonic mixing. Low-frequency, high-intensity acoustic energy is used to create a uniform shear field throughout an entire mixing vessel.

The result is rapid fluidization and dispersion of material. A consistent mixture is achieved very quickly. Production cycle times can be reduced, or process steps can be eliminated, while at the same time improving quality and consistency.

This newly patented technology uses a proprietary method that is designed to operate on at resonance. A closely controlled electromechanical oscillator is used to excite mix material. The entire system oscillates in resonance, allowing highly efficient energy transfer and rapid mixing of the mix materials.
